US WW2 AIRPORT BUNDLE

The M6 is a 1.5 ton 4x4 truck that was used to tow M5 Bomb Trailers around on airfields. 7857 were produced during the WWII.
The Bomb-Service-Truck is used to load and unload bombs and tow bomb trailers.
It is powered by a six-cylinder valve-in-head engine.
The frame, constructed of heavy channel steel, supports the open type body and platform on which a hoist for loading and unloading the bomb trailer is mounted.
The M6 was the only open cab Chevy model. This model also had a shorter wheelbase than any other model.
